OUR BUTCHERY SERVICES

 For small quantity livestock, we have a range of services available to help you get the best quality cuts. We collect, saving you the hassle, providing you a superb end product with as little waste as possible. We can also deliver to you once completed in our refrigerated van. This year is getting very booked up already so there are only limited slots left. Changing dates need to be agreed with us before switching dates with the Abatoir as we don’t have many slots left.

  • Pork

    Collection from C&S Meats starts at £20 for up to 1 carcass on a Wednesday.

    Butchery per Pig is £35.

    We can make you Traditional or Chipolata sausages using our inhouse seasoning for £3.50/Kg

    Bacon curing & slicing is available for a minimum amount of 1kg and takes 10 days to prepare for collection.

  • Lamb

    Collection from C&S Meats starts at £20 for up to 2 Carcases.

    Butchery per Lamb is £25.

    Cured Lamb Shoulder or Lamb Bacon is available or we can mince too.

  • Beef

    Collection from C&S Meats starts at £40 for a single carcase.

    We can age the Beef and this is £20/per carcase/week.

    Butchery is priced upon enquiry based on the size of the beef breed and what cuts are required.
