How do i place an order?

Call Hannah or Erin on 01305 260956 and they will then take your order, address and telephone number. We will then make the order, run it through the scales and phone you back to confirm order value and take a secure payment. At this point, we will confirm the best delivery slot.

Which days do you deliver?

We deliver on Tuesday to Saturday, generally in the afternoons as we make the orders in the morning. There are no deliveries on Sunday but some deliveries available on a Monday but they do need to be planned carefully and some products could be low as we start to get our suppliers delivering to us early week.

what limitations are there?

None – we are looking to help and not restrict.

HOW ARE The deliveries made?

Deliveries are made using our staff and refrigerated van – its sign written as Brace of Butchers. The delivery driver has hand sanitiser and will make sure it's used before and after every delivery. Any specific requests can be made to us when you order. If you are outside a 10 mile radius of our shop we may need to charge a little.

We also do a NATIONAL DELIVERY service for next day - National deliveries are despatched Mon-Wed.

All our van deliveries are made in paper bag/sacs or cardboard/wooden crates, we try not to use plastic.

NATIONAL DELIVERIES are packed with a natural wool insulation in a cardboard box and we add ice packs, ALL the meat is back packed on the day of despatch. This next day delivery service service throughout the UK costs £12 delivery up to 10kg.
